Peter Kinsey Leaves SABP to Pursue Another Career
Rosemary Moore , a member of Surrey & Borders Partnership Trust's FOCUS Group today posted copies of letters on her Flickr pages which appear to confirm that Peter Kinsey, SABP's Director of Operations and the man at the centre of the controversy over the treatment of the Old Moat garden centre workers resigned his post at short notice and left the organisation on August 31st 2006.

oooooooooh!
Well at least he had a proper employment contract to resign from unlike 179 disabled workers at Priority Enterprises who have no employment contracts and money for their hard work.
I have just sent this to Declan Flynn. Got an out of office reply to say he won't be there until next Wednesday :
Dear Mr Flynn
Our campaign, which can be found at http://justice4sabtworkers.blogspot.com/
has now heard that Mr Kinsey has resigned to pursue another career and his post is being taken over on an interim basis by a Mr Carter. Is this correct?
If it is could you let us have Mr Carter's email address and also let me know if Mr Carter is making plans to redress the injustice that has occured at the Priority Enterprises? Will he now be giving the disabled workers proper employment contracts and conditions that meet the requirements of the
Disability Discrimination Act and the Minimum Wage Act?
I am also still waiting for the missing answers to my Freedom of Information Act questions that Mr Kinsey failed to answer which you said you would look into in your previous mail to me below.
Yours Sincerely
Jill Goble
I think Fiona Edwards should have informed those who were waiting for Peter Kinsey to respond to their FOIA requests and those who had made complaints about his conduct that he was leaving within days.
As far as I can tell Fiona Edwards is still making out we don't exist. Has anyone had any kind of communication from her?
And does anyone know anything about this Carter person who is taking over?
good riddens i say, But we must get this mr carters email and make him aware of the campaign, see if he is any better.
Kim,
Its Christine Carter , the former interim Chief Executive of South West London and St Georges NHS MH Trust.
This is the person who will replace Fiona.
