The Machine is Using Us

While we wait for Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Trust's Chief Executive Fiona Edwards to draw her husband's attention to the glaring conflict of interest in him using work at her Trust as a Case Study on his firms SOFTOOLS commercial website here's a really interesting video from Michael Wesch .

....the Bayer and other Big Pharma interests also raise eyebrows.

Who is looking out for the public/taxpayers interest here as the SOFTOOLS co-founder is basically using his wife as a reference for the work he did for the NHS Trust she manages.

This cuts both ways as SOFTOOLS has linked itself to the Trust's failure as well.

No Paul, the link works, SOFTOOLS has simply removed the name Surrey & Borders from its Case Study drop down menu.

I understand that SOFTOOLS is now looking at how to help the Old Moat Garden Centre promote its products and services online in line with Jill Goble's and Prof Walter Dean's suggestions for making a serious effort to develop the business for the good of its disabled workers and the local community.

I expect husband and wife team Fiona and Mark Edwards , CEO of Surrey & Borders and co-founder of SOFTOOLS to get back to us on this.

It is a very generous gesture from SOFTOOLS that may very well add value to the firm. SOFTOOLS certainly is well placed to do this.
